Shipping policy

As soon as you make a purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your items delivered as soon as possible. Ground orders can take up to 2 business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, ground shipments can take between 2-5 business days to be delivered. We make every effort to get merchandise in your hands as fast as possible.

Express shipments and Fastest shipments must be placed by 9 am Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 9 am PST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.

For Express shipments, the shipping time frame is 2-3 business days from the shipment date.

US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping time frame. Please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.
